CPL awards farmers
FIFTEEN farmers have been named as recipients of the City Pharmacy Ltd (CPL) PNG farmers awards as part of its independence celebrations.
CPL through its subsidiary, Stop and Shop, awarded the 15 farmers awardees outstanding farmers/suppliers for 2020.
This was part of its local fresh produce supply chain, four out of the 15 received top awards, for being model farmers/suppliers while, the other 11 farmers received normal recognition certificates.
“We are marking Independence Day by giving back to the backbone of this great nation – our PNG farmers,” CPL managing director Mahesh Pate said.
