CPL Group opens refurbished shop in Alotau

THE new look City Pharmacy shop in Alotau, Milne Bay, was opened on Friday.
According to CPL, the branch, which has been operating for more than 10 years, will now see a streamlined in-store design with a wider range of health and wellness products in-store.
“This refurbishment is part of our new strategy in enhancing our customer experience and at the same time promoting a healthier and better Papua New Guinea,” CPL group chief executive officer Navin Raju said.
“We put customer experience and satisfaction first.
“And CPL group is grateful to Milne Bay families for trusting us with their health and well-being.
“The branch has been serving thousands of customers each year coming from different mainland and island communities in Milne Bay.
“CPL group prides its service on quality and affordable health and beauty products.
“And this revamped City Pharmacy branch will provide quality products and nursing services in our new look nurse bay and shelves.”
CPL Group, which started as the City Pharmacy chain, is Papua New Guinea’s largest retail and wholesale organisation and is listed on the Port Moresby Stock Exchange.
