THE City Pharmacy Ltd (CPL) Group is planning to expand its customer loyalty programme, the Real Rewards Plus, this year for its 182,635 members.
This follows the expiry of points for inactive accounts and unused points earned before 2019.

CPL head of content and innovation Kevin Alo said the expiry date had been extended to cater for the increasing number of members using their points to redeem items.
There is an extensive range of products under the real reward programme and this will be further revamped this year.

“We advertised for the past month to inform and encourage our members to redeem their points,” he said.
“Points earned before 2019 and remain unused are the only points made expired.
“All points earned after 2019 will remain valid.”

This is also in line with the loyalty programme’s terms and conditions.
Members’ points can be redeemed at Stop & Shop, City Pharmacy, Bon Café, Fresh Express and Hardware Haus.
