Creation of new sectors necessary

TECHNOLOGY

By MICHAEL JOHN UGLO
BETTER technology and improved labour productivity have enabled a higher output of manufactured goods and agriculture with less labour.
Data affixed with a set by a coordinate gives the matrix for the product with linear and finite precision for a termination or a circular loop of a data flow control of the system for the specific production with a particular computer programme.
Hence this calibrated approach will increase productivity with a redundant error correcting system on the fly or correction by retransmission to lead to increased incomes for workers to spend on services. This spares labour to be able to work in the more labour-intensive tertiary sector which is the upgrade PNG is yet to see.

PNG economy
Let’s see from where PNG is and that is with a basic structure of raw materials extraction and production with farming, logging, mining, hunting and fishing. This is where the PNG economy is based – all on the primary sector. This sector needs to be modernised as alluded to above and the the sooner the better. Inaction by our decision makers because they do not know how to go about it themselves isholding this nation to ransom. Self-denial and objectivity for the common good is better than forgoing innovation and creativity when decision makers are engrossed with the backward “bigmen” mentality to make subjective decisions that impede development in this nation.
In comparison, the developed countries’ primary sector is technologically advanced because production is increased and uses less labour-intensive means like in mechanised farming and fruit picking. Thus the optimisation of the space and time variables as in a polynomial equation windowed to the production of the primary sector has produced increased yields using minimal effort.
Multitasking in the concurrent processes can be a myriad of opportunities and resources with products that can have the potential to be viable to bring in a huge sum of money because they address demand. This is all owed to the object-oriented structure with the classes and polymorphisms as it is concurrently multi-processed in a 32-bit or 64-bit computer word at a specific megabyte per second speed of a microprocessor or a distributed system of a pervasive system. Aligning the production structure of a product will streamline all the determinant factors into the strictest modules that will yield the desired quality for the market.
Worth mentioning is the specialised hardware architecture and the ambient computing communication of the production mechanism as is the current trend in communication and on the network with given protocols and interfaces such as a client-server system on the world wide web (www) with a network address and data entry matrices facilitated by a URL (universal resource locator) to address all customer demands on a real time mode and system.
Similar systems are in operation in technologically progressive countries like China. Information processing in this mode will maximise production because it curbs resource and in principle space and time wastage as in a Turing processing cell tape.
The macroeconomics in the secondary sector of the economy in the three-sector theory describes the role of manufacturing. It encompasses the industries which produce finished, usable products or are involved in construction as discussed by Wikipedia.
“The service sector is the third of the three economic sectors of the three-sector theory and consists of the production of services instead of end products. Services include attention, advice, access, experience, and affective labour which is defined as work carried out that is intended to produce or modify emotional experiences in people. This is in contrast to emotional labour, which is intended to produce or modify one’s own emotional experiences.”
It provides a medium where intelligence of all manners is to be bound in a relation mathematics with wisdom in a data set of a data type with specific variables for a memory allocation and location for its retrieval for decision procedure is a prerequisite for a healthy economy to evolve. Hence, affixing values to a variable for a dynamic problem-solving run of a processor resource is to derive an identifier for a computer programme for a much healthier anticipated economic system. Such splines can be used in a piecewise polynomial to render a smoothness in PNG’s progression curve adjusted by its coefficients.

Labour force participation with technology.

Demographic changes and technology
Any change in the population, for example in terms of average age, dependency ratios, life expectancy, family structures, birth rates, etc., is very vital for the economy.
The population most importantly has to be digitally literate in the sense that all its interactions in the economy are all accounted for at their respective age groups given their computing competencies. That can produce a culture of over-reliance on machine intelligence versus the human mind at a cost of foregoing some humane social qualities of cohesiveness that make humans socially bonded, loved and appreciated.
For example, people, especially family members nowadays spend more time on their smartphones than physically and socially relating to each other.
Everything that we do is digitally coordinated because it will contribute to the productive capacity of the entire economic system whether or not we are contributing to the economy. This will surely account for any wastages of all sorts to be precluded. It will consequently contribute to working to achieve a higher percentage of efficiency in our economy and will surely minimise wastages.

Labour force participation rate
Labour force participation rate is defined as the section of the working population in the age group of 16-64 in the economy currently employed or seeking employment. The participation rate refers to the total number of individuals who are currently employed or in search of a job. When we digitalise our economic system we will know who is out there looking for a job and in what capacity and fit them in appropriately so no one is disadvantaged.
This is a significant advantage to digitalise our economy.
The above will stop Papua New Guineans wandering about aimlessly without a job because everyone will have a job to do. As we come to grips with all the sectors of the economy and trying to find our rightful places in the overall national and global economic structures, we are guided by technology.
Technology will recommend corrective actions and align everyone into doing what is prudent and justified to realise their full potential as guided by the National Goals and Directive Principle of the Constitution. We will avoid our current wasteful lifestyle of only one person or only a few people with ill-conceived ideas dictating any or every decision.
All specialists will be allowed to become leaders to explicate the barriers of development frontiers in their respective fields in this country without a biased political compulsion and coercion to tell them what to do and how to do them.
This can lead to some subjectivities, but the corrective mechanisms in the digitalisation programme will keep all work progression optimised at expected levels as maintained in the database principle of consistency, atomicity, durability and isolation in a real time distributed mode.
When economic growth matches the growth of money supply an economy will continue to grow and thrive in the 21st Century technology world
In general, when the GDP growth rate shows rising economic productivity, the value of money in circulation increases. This is because each unit of currency can subsequently be exchanged for more valuable goods and services.
As we work through the three sectors using technology, we should get there in time.
Economists may know better to say if the PNG economy will continue to grow and thrive. Of course, it will depend on the new discoveries in mineral explorations in PNG as is the norm for PNG.
To get this information articulately embraced and promulgated, we are definitely getting all these forecasts from very reliable sources that interrogate us as to the question of the atomicity and hence whether it accounts for a stature and a status.
Notwithstanding that area for further study and finding it surely depicts one thing and that is both a doom and a gloom scenario as we are all experiencing in-situ. We have to do our part as since miracles never happen. Faith without action is all void and emptiness.
