CS appoints promotion board

 SEVEN people have been sworn in as members of the Correctional Service promotional board in Port Moresby.

It was done by deputy Chief Magistrate Dessie Magaru. The board  includes Sir Paul Songo as chairman, acting deputy commissioners Stephen Pokanis and Dennis Piandi, acting assistant commissioners Henry Wavik, Michael Mosiri and Patty Kore, and Public Employers Association representative Ronald Kutapai.

Commissioner Michael Waipo said the board will guide the chairman on the disciplined force’s criteria and modes of promotional processes for fairness and transparency.
