CS recruitment must be fair

 I SUPPORT disgruntled calls on CorrectionalServices (CS) Minister Jim Simatab and Commissioner Martin Balthazar to stop the recruitment as advertised recently. How can David Melange, who does not have the devolution of powers, sign a recruitment list? Where is transparency when the CS is trying to promote equal and fair employment, but end up with a biased selection?
