Cult leader back in Lae

LAST year an article came out in the newspaper regarding this ringleader of a cult group in Lae.
He went to 4th Street in Top Town collecting money from people and telling them that they had shares in his company.
He went into hiding when the article came out.
Since the elections, with people’s focus being diverted, he has come back.
He is still carrying on his cult movement based at 4th Street.
He conned the same followers for almost 16 years.
Can police in Lae arrest this guy and stop all his illegal activities.
He is giving false hopes to innocent people and coming up with countless excuses, year in, year out.
Why are the followers entertaining him and giving him money when he has not paid them one single toea?
