Curfew in Enga

IT was reported that a curfew had been imposed in Enga but to date we are not certain and still in a confusion state.
Some state-owned entities work 24/7 to restore services but we have not been informed or notified if we need a permit to attend to emergencies after hours.
We called into our local police station to enquire but they said they had not received any curfew orders from the top and they were therefore confused.
Can the appropriate department advertise this curfew in the media for public consumption?
