A CUSTOMS officer has been accused of supplying prohibited sex enhancement items to sellers on the streets of Port Moresby, Met Supt Perou N’dranou says.
“He is employed as a postal assistant at their office to screen and confiscate items that are prohibited under the Customs Act from coming into the country,” N’dranou said.
“So, instead of taking these sex enhancement items to the PNG Censorship Board to be destroyed, he snuck them out of his office and took them to street sellers who are youths at the Erima Fly-Over to sell on the streets.
“These items were ordered from overseas by customers and he was employed to confiscate them and take them to the PNG Censorship Board.”
Supt N’dranou said the 46-year-old officer from Central was married.
He was granted bail after being charged with being in possession of sex enhancement materials.
“He was seen at Erima last week at about 4.15pm talking to youths and delivering these penis enlargement items (one each of penel spray, titan gel and penis pump),” he said.
“The public then tipped off the police and they arrested the youth and confiscated these items.
“Undercover police detectives pretending to be a street sellers then lured the suspect to provide more of these sex enhancement. So the suspect came to meet
them.
“He was arrested and taken to the Gordon police station to be formally charged and detained.
“He will be appearing in court this week.”

  • The Full Name, Village, District and Province of any evil person in this country should be clearly stated so that so that the scar is read allover his/her face. In this instance, IRC should do so at the earliest.

  • A good lesson for those who want to break the law.
I comment the public for helping the police to arrest this person.

  • Good to see undercover cops in business, I think they can be utilized to catch more than small time thieves, corrupt politicians perhaps?
