Daru Hospital funding issues

THERE seems to be a misunderstanding between the national and the provincial governments over funding for Daru Hospital.
The hospital is still closed. Is it true that there is no money?
Some province are receiving services from the national Government while others are not.
The national Government has to look seriously into this situation because this funding problems is seriously affecting health services in Daru.
Daru has a TB problem and if it gets hit with polio, which is affecting some parts of the country, we won’t have the medical preparedness to deal with it.
How can the provincial government allow Daru to get to this situation?
