Daulo not doing well as before

WHAT is there for Daulo District?
Daulo was very progressive and among top performing districts in the last term of parliament.
It was considered the top district in the Eastern Highlands and rated among the top 5 performing districts in the country.
However, it has now turned out to be the worst district in the province, since we have not commissioned a single project to date.
Therefore, people of Daulo desire to know the whereabouts of the K35-40 million of district services improvement programme during this present term of parliament.
