Delay frustrating
I AM tired of doing follow-ups for my NID card.
The Government should have prepared all the necessary equipment before implementing this project.
I registered in October 2018 and still waiting to be issued my ID.
Fast track the process.
Most citizens do not have NID cards yet it is a requirement in banks, schools, hospitals etc.

This concern is common amongst our citizens. Many of us registered more than 12 months ago and are waiting for the NID Cards. These are essential for applying for advanced courses, for jobs applications, passports and a host of other uses.
This delay and processing that takes ages is unbelievable. NID Office is one that needs to be investigated. Only time will tell.
