Development Bank targets SMEs in products promotion

THE National Development Bank Ltd will be hosting an awareness programme for local businesses that operate within the small-to-medium enterprise (SME) Central Centre at Kunai Street in Hohola tomorrow.
The SME Central Centre was formerly known as the NDB Investment Incubation Centre.
The awareness programme will be held at 12.30pm.
The National Development Bank said the purpose of the awareness was for the bank and its two subsidiaries, People’s Microbank Ltd (PMBL) and NDB Investment, to educate local businesses on financial products and services that they offered.
It said there would be a number of speakers from NDB who would speak on the different business loan products the bank offered and their requirements.
The National Development Bank Investment representatives will do presentations on provision of business incubation products and services they provide to micro small and medium enterprises.
PMBL representatives will speak on their savings and loans products.
The bank invites the general public, especially people from the informal sector and the media who wish to also learn about their products and services, to come along and have a listen.
