Digicel combo bundles

The National Letters

Digicel customers have been enjoying daily Combo bundles of K3, K5, etc that came in flex cards.
Suddenly we have Combos in K1.50, K2, K4, etc, which do not come on flex cards.
Where does the extra kina or toea go if we purchase and get these combo using the flex card lots of K3, K5, etc?
Please explain.
