Digicel unfair to customers

 ALLOW me to express my great disappointment with Digicel on its deceptive scheme of airtime advance. I replied “yes” to its message on 16164 onn Tuesday and was advanced K600 and in my cell phone that my next top up a sum of K7.80 will be deducted. On the same day I did a direct top up of K5. Instantaneously, I received the message from 16164 that K2.30 was deducted from my account and K2.70 should be the balance. And after 5 minutes I checked my balance and was left with 30 toea and wonder where the K2.40 had gone and how did Digicel removed my credits when I was not doing the calls or sending any message. I advise Digicel customers to terminate and discard their Digicel sim cards and switch to Bemobile which is very cheap and user friendly.
