WITH concerns on the materials being downloaded by our children on their mobile phone, parents and schools have the responsibility to ensure our children master the new skill of digital literacy.
Parents who can afford these high-tech toys must choose between what is good for their children’s future and what is not so good.

We must be prepared for this digital era.
