The dirtiest market ever

I go regularly to the market in Mt Hagen and because Mt Hagen is a central place in the Highlands region the market attracts hundreds of people, both selling and buying.
It attracts many expatriates and outsiders as well.
This market has become the dirtiest place ever.
The parking place has become the second self-made market place apart from the actual market inside.
The car park is so dirty. It is chaos.
I appeal to the market administration, if there is one, or the Mt Hagen Town Authority to do something.
The place has become as dirty as Baruni dump in Port Moresby.
Clean up the place and allow everyone to enjoy the market and buy the beautiful vegetables that the Highlands are known for.
