Discipline issues at primary school

Letters

THE level of education at Rumginae Primary School has dropped due to discipline problems.
Students have big heads, they swear, speak tokples, play in the classroom and other things that slow learning..
Students have no respect for teachers, they can swear and shout right in front of the teacher, slam the doors,  and show boy-girl relationship openly.
It looks like it’s no longer a learning environment. If it is a school then there would be order. Disciplinary masses would be applied on direct breach of school rules.
Do we have the school board of management, the headmaster, senior teachers or any disciplinary committees within the school?
Since it is a church-run school, are there any pastors, missionaries, agency leaders and even educational hierarchies?
I am sad to say that if this continues, we’ll be having a lot of Grade 8 leavers in our communities.
We need to work in partnership with parents, teachers, BOM, councillors, agency superiors, and education hierarchies to look into the matter and make RPS a conducive learning environment.
