Discipline teacher

I WRITE as a concerned parent.
This so-called teacher was cautioned time and again about her professional misconduct, attitude and work ethics.
Nothing has changed to date.
The school elementary board and administration need to make an example out of her so that every teacher needs to be held accountable for their actions against the oath they took.
Being a teacher is a noble profession having gone through years of training and refinement.
However, it is bad eggs like this one that indirectly contribute to the casual attitude of children.
I guess it is because of the level of training that she has not gone through to reach that level of refinement.
This one needs to be terminated.
