COULD the appropriate governing body come clear on the resettlement of the displaced ethnic group that has been living in the Bulolo Care Centre since 2010?
Their houses and properties were razed by disgruntled tribal communities surrounding Bulolo town due to continuous harassment  over the years by their youths.
Right now, the remaining Bulolo town community and its surrounding village population are confused as to who authorised their resettlement back to the original block of land.
Can the provincial or national executive council and our member shed some light on this?
We are starting  to see the same people coming back and carrying on with the  same  sort  of  behaviour, which had contributed to or spurred the ethnic clash in the first place.
Brewing and public consumption of illegal alcohol as well as harassing innocent people are also  on  the  rise  in this town.
Some of these resettled youths are involved in these activities.
