Doing business in the modern era

PAPUA New Guinea is a developing country that needs to adopt the electronic business (e-business) platforms so that it can be more involved in the global economy.
Our old economy is no longer in practice today.
Firms unable to adopt e-business practices should have a hybrid platform and use a mixture of the old and the new so that customers can be served well.
It is to their advantage that businesses practise customer-oriented marketing and business like buying and selling online.
You’re wasting your time if you think customers and clients will always come around to your physical address to buy stuff, on a cash basis.
We need businesses to transform and customise their products and services so those products and services can be delivered to the customers’ doorstep upon request.
We are part of the global economy and all aspects of doing business should now be digitalised.
