Don’t be ignorant, Covid-19 is real

Letters

PAPUA New Guinea is feeling the pinch of the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
Most people fail to take the Covid-19 seriously because they don’t understand it well enough.
Many are drawn to the conspiracy theories surrounding the argument that the virus is engineered to force countries into a one-world order.
Only God knows if they are true.
But the fact remains that the Covid-19 is real and we should adhere to the health measures given to us by the authorities.
If we say we are a Christian nation then we should know that every good thoughts come from God alone.
We have to be serious and realise the impacts of this virus.
We should follow the rules to prevent Covid-19 from spreading.
What more do you want?
Are you not seeing people dying all over the world from this virus?
People died because they lacked the knowledge on how to prevent this catastrophe.
When the pandemic first struck, other nations were badly affected but we were not because of God’s grace.
We’ve been given enough time to know more about this virus and how best to protect ourselves from it.
Let’s not be ignorant.
Wear your mask and maintain your personal hygiene.
