‘Don’t-care attitude

Ignorance of the law in Papua New Guinea can be easily seen right across the country, from the well-educated and leaders to the grassroots who do not respect the authorities.
The ‘don’t care mentality’ has become part of our life.
Mind you, the laws do catch up with the lawbreakers and when they do the consequences can be painful.
