Doruba passes away

 FORMER Ijivitari MP Cecil King Doruba (pictured)  died at the Port Moresby General Hospital last Friday. 

His family said he died of kidney failure, a medical problem he has being struggling with for some time.  

Doruba was elected to Parliament in 2002 and served for only one term. 

He contested the 2007 and 2012 national elections.

The haus krai is at ATS settlement outside Port Moresby.

Arrangements are being made for the repatriation of his body to Northern.
