Doubling on phone credits

MOBILE phone custo­mers subscribing with Digicel in Papua New Guinea will now have their credits doubled three days a week when they receive top-ups from their friends and families in Australia and New Zealand, the company said in a statement yesterday.
“With Digicel’s ‘double top-up Australia/New Zealand recharge’ promotion, customers in PNG will have their amounts doubled when their friends and families in Australia and New Zealand send them credits,” the company said.
It said the new promotion would allow any Digicel top-up amount received from Australia and New Zealand to get 100% bonus credits, with A$5 being the lowest credit amount to be doubled with NZ$10 the lowest for New Zealand.
