Driver fined K400

A MAN was fined K400 by the Waigani District Court for breaching traffic rules.
Father of three Daniel Gogolau, 41, from Gembogl district in Chimbu, was fined for driving a vehicle without displaying the sign for having a provisional licence and driving without a license.
Gogolau was arrested by police at a roadblock on the Hiritano Highway.
