TWO men from Enga charged with being in possession of live ammunition will stand trial in the National Court in Waigani.
Kuman Londe, 38, and Nema Lasen, 25, are from Kajap village in Wapenamanda district. They appeared in the Boroko District Court before Magistrate Tracey Ganai yesterday.
Ganai warned the two men not to interfere with police witnesses while on bail. The court heard that on July 5, police found 195 bullets in the possession of Londe and Lasen. It was alleged that the defendants had no ammunition licence or a gun licence.
