A LOCAL ministry band in East New Britain has been invited to perform this weekend at the Sir John Guise Indoor Complex, Port Moresby, when Covenant Creed launches its second album.
Infinite Music band manager Pastor Gershon Passingan said the management of Covenant Creed invited them to perform during the Back-to-School jam.
Passingan said the band was made up of youths in Kokopo and this would be a great experience for some of them.
The band was formed in 2002 and performed at crusades around East New Britain and the New Guinea Islands.
They have released two albums which were recorded by Whitehouse Productions, owned by John Warbat.
At the concert this weekend, they will be performing hit songs such as Making Known, Markham Praise and Emmanuel.
The band also has a production studio called Infinite Productions which trains youths on the use of basic musical instruments.
His Governing Churches ministry plans to have more concerts and crusades focused on youths and families.
