Eastern Highlands in limbo

 AS an Eastern Highlander, I am concerned about the students who will do grades 9 and 11 this year. In view of the current situation within the provincial administration, students are worried and confused whether they will continue this year or not because the selection list has not been put on the notice board and the provincial headquarters building is still closed. Cabinet has the power to appoint the provincial administrator and Solomon Tato was rightly appointed but Governor Julie Soso has hijacked the process .
