Eastern Highlands in limbo

AS an Eastern Highlander, I am concerned about the students who will do grades 9 and 11 this year.

In view of the current situation within the provincial administration, students are worried and confused whether they will continue this year or not because the selection list has not been put on the notice board and the provincial headquarters building is still closed. The National Executive Council (NEC) has the power to appoint the provincial administrator and change that person. Solomon Tato is the rightful administrator appointed by NEC but Governor Julie Soso is taken over this responsibility. That’s why the matter is taking so long to resolve and is causing inconvenience for the students and parents.
