Eda Ranu hosts meet on excellence for managers

EDA Ranu held its annual management workshop in Port Moresby on Saturday with the theme “Giving back with excellence”.
The two-day workshop, which began last Friday, was for
managers from Eda’ Ranu’s five divisions to discuss their business and how they could improve service delivery in
2012.
These divisions are technical, operations, commercial services, corporate affairs and finance.
The two guest speakers were PNG Human Resource Inc president Jerry Wemin and Al Domingo from Deloitte.
Eda Ranu business and administration manager Stephen Sallun said the workshop helped managers to discuss how they could improve
services in their divisions.
“Every year we meet to work on our business weaknesses and how we can actively strengthen our day to day business,” he said.
 “We assess our performances in each division and set our focus for 2012.”
