Education board please explain

Can anyone in the Morobe Education Board shed some light into the following issues?

  1. NIL Test done in Term One & Two. Consequently, no results for assessment period 1 to date. When is this result going to be ready?;
  2. Frequent half days or no class for lower grades due to water supply into the school being disconnected by PNG Water due to non-payment of water bill;
  3. Inconsistency in teaching. This was clearly shown when closely monitoring my kids exercise books. Only a subject/two for the day and five/six for the week;
  4. The school administration is now asking money from the students in order to print term 3 report;
  5. Nill PNC meeting since 2017;
  6. Teacher(s) grammar left a lot to be desired;
  7. The personal hygiene (heavy stained teeth, mouth filled with betel nut exceeding the capacity of mouth itself), presentation and punctuality of teacher(s) is very poor; and,
  8. Grading of students. By doing reconciliation between each subjects, I just cant understand this simple maths format when applying to grade my kid according to marks scored and I’m wondering if they spend some quality time to grade my kid as this very card determines his future.

With due respect to the other good and hard working teachers, there are few lunatics that doesn’t comply to basic standard in place.
Can the head teacher, its deputy and Education Inspector set some or implement the established filtration system and throw these teachers out of the window as I believe this is how they came into the system.
If you cannot manage, then you need to make way for someone as you are suffering the innocent student future.
Caution for point 1: If teachers are to provide report for assessment period one, it should be well explained as to when, how and where the marks originated to the total to grade my kids.
Note that marks for term three will not be used as it will be considered null and void for assessment period one.
