ELA Motors has announced the expansion of its branch network with the opening of the 16th branch in Waigani, Port Moresby.
Waigani branch’s convenient location would make a difference to its customers in terms of the value of service offered, the car dealer said.
The new branch is designed to “deliver a totally new concept in the automotive service industry”.
Ela Motors chief executive and director David Purcell said during the media tour: “The concept is same-day-service combined with industry leading customer satisfaction levels at a price that represents true value of money.”
In the lead up to its fleet customer opening on Monday and public opening on Tuesday, Ela Motors Waigani dealer principal Ashley Huston took members of media on a tour of the facilities yesterday.
Waigani is strategically important for the business sector in Port Moresby and the new branch is designed to further grow the business and improve level of service.
“It is done to cater for every service and for efficiency,” Mr Huston proudly said.
Ela motors have been perceived by many as being expensive, but we want to change that customer perception with our improved services and customer care, he said.
“And with our staff professionally trained the focus on our customers, we are looking at a turnaround of 60 vehicles a day,” he added.
