Elementary teachers complete workshop

TWENTY-TWO elementary school teachers from various schools in Jimi, Jiwaka, graduated last week.
The graduation ceremony took place at the Tabibuga district office in front of public servants, parents and community leaders.
The workshop ver two weeks was to help upskill the teachers.
Local MP Mai Dop gave K5,000 and usae of a vehicle.
Trainer and inspector Philip Goi said elementary education was the foundation and so teachers needed to be well trained.
