Employ fresh graduates from universities across the nation

I REFER to the article titled, “Enga Education thrives” (May 15).

The Enga provincial government has sponsored students attending tertiary institutions in the country over the past 15 years and numerous provincial governments have borrowed the policy after seeing the outcome of the free education policy.

Currently, the government is also adapting to the policy implemented by Governor Peter Ipatas.

Not surprisingly, you will see may Engan students in all tertiary institutions through the policy.

However, where are the graduates?

Are any of the graduates employed in Ipatas centre?

Where is plan B after successfully implementing plan A?

The Ipatas foundation has opened up its own websites and asked final year university students to submit their CVs and academic transcript and I have not heard any graduates being employed by the foundation.

I am not going against the policy but I am frustrated about some of the unqualified officers occupying Ipatas centre.

Why is the provincial government not restructuring to employ fresh bloods from the competitive universities?

Not all but a single graduate must give back to Enga for the resources it has sacrificed.
