Employees happy with programme

THE Institute of Business Studies Centre of Excellence (IBSCOE) recently completed a team building training programme for the final batch of Moni Plus employees.
The last batch comprised of 17 employees from Moni Plus’ six branches throughout the country who attended the level one team building certified training programme.
It focused on improving individual performance and fostering team work in an organisation.
All three batches that attended the level one outbound training were thankful to IBSCOE and vowed to implement what they had learned.
IBSCOE manager and programme facilitator Minoor Manmadhan said the great managers and talented employees programme was a second level training which would commenced this weekend for Moni Plus employees.
Participants who have completed the level one team building training were eligible for the training programme.
He said the team building was the first of a series of structured training programmes for staff to take part, which was designed to teach participants how to build a cohesive team and leadership skills. Minoor said IBSCOE was engaged in developing leaders and managers of PNG.
