Empower the people, Ganim

I CONGRATULATE my tribesman, Robert Ganim, for winning the Wabag seat.
He is known for his tireless efforts as an educationist, is dedicated, open-minded and hard-working and will represent his electorate well in parliament.
Ganim, forget about bu­reaucracy and concentrate on helping your people achieve the most basic elements in life such as rural electrification, education, health and good roads.
Bring the people together to work on projects.
Give them spades, so they will have a lot of kaukaus to sustain them in the long run.
Also remember, many of your tribesmen whom you have helped and are now accountants, engineers, IT specialists and lawyers, are available if you require any assistance at all.
