ENB launches small crafts act

EAST New Britain launched its Small Crafts Act in Kokopo on Tuesday with the maritime province following the national policy on improving safety on sea travel.
Governor Nakikus Konga officiated at the launch staged at the beach front near John J Seeto Ltd.
Provincial administrator Wilson Matava announced during the ceremony that the province had a Small Crafts Board in place and chaired by Levi Mano.
As a maritime province, Matava said it was important for boat owners to register their crafts.
