Ensure teachers get their entitlements

A LOT has been said about teachers not getting their leave entitlements on time, pay delayed, pay not being processed and many more issues affecting teachers throughout the country.
These teachers devoted their time and energy to developing the human resources of this country.
Many of us working in high offices know this from experience but, yet, those in the hierarchy are not doing anything to solve their issues.
If they are working on solving those issues, then they have used the delay tactic to take bribery from the poor teachers who have already suffered.
Hence, the Education Department should have the right people who are fit to do their job to serve teachers across the country.
Some of these teachers serve in rural schools where there is no means of transport but continue to serve the human resource of this country.
Some officers need to go.
There is too much politics in the Education Department.
