ESP should consider vertical farming

APPEAL to the East Sepik government to conduct research into vertical farming as the province has a lot of water sources, mainly from the Sepik River and other rivers.
Vertical farming is the way to go in the next 1,000 years, that is why I am appealing to the East Sepik government to seriously consider conducting research on how best to utilise this farming method along the Sepik River.
East Sepik has a lot of qualified and experienced people in all trades so assembling an expert team to check out this farming method shouldn’t take long.
This method is spreading fast across the globe, especially where there are large quantities of water.
The benefits of vertical farming are enormous.
