SIALUM local level government people of Tewai-Siassi, Morobe, should exercise wisdom and care by casting votes for the candidates with integrity and not be swayed by bribes and lies.

This is the call from Sialum ward three councillor Teddy Moses to voters, who he said should learn from the experience of the 2012 national elections and should seek the counsel of God before making one of their most important decisions in life.

“I am calling on the people starting from Mesaeng to Kualing in the 19 wards to choose the right leader in Sialum LLG to drive Sialum forward,” he said.

“Good leadership is what the people have missed out on in the past 10 years. We should have a leader who has the people at heart and should act more and talk less,” Moses said.

He said the deteriorating state of the government station and absence of public servants in the area has hampered development and has lowered the moral of the people.
