Exhaust all other options first

NOW that we are experiencing the surge in the Covid-19 cases in our country, the Government should consider other options to address the issue.
Imposing a nationwide lockdown is not the only option.
The Government is currently doing well with ensuring that the public adhere to the Covid-19 safety measures.
However, there’s more to do the curb the spread.
Law enforcement officers should patrol the streets and public places to enforce wearing of masks and social distancing.
Hand-washing basins should be installed in public places. Get all the frontline health workers and elderly people to be vaccinated as soon as possible.
Get all school children vaccinated as they are the future of our country.
Imposing a nationwide lockdown will only make life difficult for most of us and many will turn into illegal activities to survive.
The Government can always consider options that will ensure people’s lives are not seriously affected.
The Covid-19 is here to stay, but we should learn to live with it.
We should all adhere to the Covid-19 safety measures.
