Let me join the debate on expatriate workers.
The solution is very simple:
Unless the job is a senior management position, like general manager, chief executive or managing director, enforce a rule that limits work permits to three years. The first work permit can be for two years and, if required, renewed to a year.
A requirement should be for the expat to have an understudy who will take over the job after three years.
You’ve got to give locals a chance.
