Expired food stuff

SEVERAL shops in Mt Hagen are blatantly flouting the law by selling food items which are passed their use-by dates.
I have bought several items which are expired without realising it.
I call on the authorities to conduct spot checks on the shops and haul up the owners for selling expired food items.
