Explain delay with Fode certificates

I WANT an explanation about the delay in printing certificates for Flexible Open & Distance Education (Fode) students.
I hope this letter isn’t misunderstood as I am just appealing for my certificate.
Fode students in Lae, Morobe, are still waiting for their certificates since 2018.
Most of us cannot apply to colleges and universities without certificates.
Students and parents are frustrated because of the delay.
Can those in authority, including the Education secretary Dr Uke Kombra explain the delay in giving us our certificates?
We cannot wait any longer with your excuses.
We want to know what is actually happening.
Our attempts to get answers in Lae have been unsuccessful.
We want an explanation from Fode headquarters in Port Moresby.
