Explain extra charge for data plans

BMOBILE needs to explain why it is now difficult to purchase a K3 one-day cheap mobile data plan or Moa day pack.
As a committed bmobile customer who depends on the cheap packages, it is disappointing to note that I will need to have a mobile balance above K3 to buy a K3 combo.
This is a major rip-off.
I don’t know if this is intentional or because of some network issues but this needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
If a customer cannot purchase a plan with a K3 topkad, what’s the point of selling it?
