Explain whether advertisement is real

I WAS once a Digicel app user but due to limited space on my handset I had to uninstall this application.
Some time ago, I uninstalled other unused applications and reinstalled the Digicel App.
But I did not receive the 400mb worth of data as advertised by Digicel.
I waited for two days and nothing happened so I had to uninstall the application.
Digicel should explain if their advertisements are factual instead misleading their customers.
If such advertisements are a hoax, why waste time to lure people into believing such nonsense?
