THERE is a flaw in the Correctional Services recruitment process.
There was no official notice circulated in the media asking people to apply for jobs that were vacant.
CS is a public institution and fair opportunities should be given to all Papua New Guineans to apply for employment.
The management should talk to the HR department to see what is going on.
