FAIRFAX Volleyball Competition president Kila Dick is set to meet his executives on Monday, Feb 15, to prepare their season calendar for 2016.

Dick who is also the founder of Raukele club said the Dolphins have commenced their training as of yesterday at the PNG Education Institute.

The Dolphins’ male and female divisions were the champions of the 2015 Fairfax volleyball competition.

He is urging all existing clubs to gather all their players as the major competition for this year is about to begin.

Dick said he was pleased to announce that Fairfax Volleyball would be using the PNG Education Institute for its 2016 competition for both pre-season and proper season.

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the management of PNG Education Institute for the approval to use the outdoor volleyball courts,” he said.

“I have opted to use the outdoor volleyball courts because the Taurama Aquatic Centre is very expensive and it costs us small sports associations a fortune to hire.”

Kila is hoping for a successful volleyball competition this year.
