I REGISTERED for mobile banking at the beginning of October and was given a customer number and was told that I would get a message that would prompt me to dial *131*123*customer#.
I am still waiting to get that prompt message on my phone.
I got fed up so I enquired about why it was taking too long and was told that my number was still in the queue to be activated.
Bank South Pacific, why is it taking more than four weeks?
Come on, we need phone banking to conduct business.
